Thank you ladies! I made it for myself! ... I'm not doing very well on gifts am I?! I have started to knit some hot water bottle covers and tea-cosies for presents though! Adding the sparkle is the best bit! I reckon that if you are not fussed on knitting you could have almost as much fun customising a plain shop-bought scarf! But Tea, it is super easy I promise. You could definitely pull it off! I'm convinced of it.
I live in the Welsh countryside, close to the sea and the mountains. I am a country girl but I love travelling and visiting London for inspiration and new ideas. I love fashion, colour, art, good books, old films, baking and photography. I dream of a sparkling home in the city and a cottage in the country.
Although a lot of people in Wales don't speak Welsh, the influence the Welsh language has had on the way we speak is huge: we regularly use welsh words mixed in with our English vocabulary and our sentance structure is often governed by the way you would say things in Welsh. This mixture of a language is called Wenglish
Wenglish Word / phrase of the moment:
Let Loose: Acting in a wild manner; "Behave yourself, will you? - you're acting like as if you're let loose!"

"On the whole human beings want to be good, but not too good, and not quite all the time" (George Orwell)

Wow you made that! How lovely. For you or as a gift?
nice scarf - well done :)
Love the winter sparkle
That scarf is gorgeous! I love the sparkles. Your post on how to make it makes it sound very easy but I'm still not convinced I could pull it off!
